GLEE 002a.jpg

Key West Bank is giving away backpacks at social functions that fold up into a purse size pouch that can easily be carried around on a bike or left in a car until needed. Key West bank is putting a Glee brochure in each of these folding back packs to encourage everyone to think "Green". This backpack will encourage people to not use the plastic, or paper bags when they go shopping, and instead can have their purchases put into the backpack, which can either put on their back to ride their bike, or just put in the car for the trip home. On the left side of the picture is Jody Smith Williams, Vice President of Glee, and on the right Phil Hogue President of Key West Bank.

Congratulations Carlos Murray!

Carlos was the lucky winner of our iPod Shuffle Drawing during Key West Pride Fest 2008.  We had a great time giving away free gifts and prizes Saturday even if we did get a little wet.

Key West Bank employees enjoyed a nice warm evening at the Splash pool bar behind the Radisson at the entrance to Key West.  The Splash bar is a great spot for tourists and locals alike.  There are a lot of local regulars including this webmaster.  There's no sand in my pants!

What is the Sister Season Fund, Inc? It's "Locals Helping Locals"

In KEY WEST many locals do not have Health Insurance
Emergency Backup or Assistance
Extra Funds

There are times when those; especially in the SERVICE, ENTERTAINMENT and SALES business, need some extra help to get over a 'bad time'.  This NON-PROFIT (for CHARITY) Corporation, A 501 (C) (3) has been formed to attempt to raise money for those tough times.

This FUND is for people in those industries who live year-round in the 33040 zip code. It will assist in rent short falls and basic utility bills while recuperating from their illness or personal disaster, but will also attempt to help with uncovered medical expenses.

The Sister Season Fund can be reached at www.sisterseason.com The Survivor's Party is held on Memorial Day, May 26th from 4pm - dusk.
